The Sound Of Life

Time goes by so fast.....

Standing alone among the shadows
Around me are bold colours rushing by
From every second flying away i just cant foreclose
They become clouds slowly swifting along the sky

Looking behind shattered windows
All I can see is a hazy horizon of bent hopes
Tears shed upon one single rose
Tunnels of silent echos

Empty roads
Unfamiliar faces
Lost words
Forgotten songs...

Please slow down the time!
I need to remember how to breathe
I need to remember that lost chime
The sound of life floating beside.....
