Just felt like writing a poem...

Do you remember?
Remember this very day?
Still so bitterly fresh in your mind
Can you hear the anthem of our secluded memories shattering your plastic protection?

Slowly the images will start to drift in
Captivating your mind using the contrast of innocent rain and roaring thunder
Little teardrops frozen on the window pane
Trapped by lost stares
A poem carved on the musty air
Misunderstood,for the ending lies behind the lines
Path to revcovery ended with proven lies
Decided for you even before the start
Pulsing pain cured by the protection of chemical theories
Who knew it would be so easy to swallow your fear?!
Angst collected by every word left unsaid
Dusted away by every syllable combusting in the air
Along with the desperate silence in your every breath....
